Mitchell’s and Butlers – Licensed Trade
The companies association extends back to when they were Bass. Today we carry out responsive repair and maintenance works to a large number of their licensed properties over a designated geographical area. This equates to an average of 400 jobs per week covering all building trades and providing a 24hr 365 days of the year out of hours emergency service. In addition we also carry out refurbishment and improvement contracts to their various branded properties.

Totesport – Licensed Betting
We carry out maintenance works to their chain of high street betting shop outlets and alteration, refurbishment and upgrading to their newly acquired or existing high street shop outlets.

The Soutwark Diocesan Board of Education – Education
Have been involved with the Diocesan Board for some years carrying out improvement and refurbishment works to their various schools. This includes decorating, roofing, toilet improvements and works to upgrade tutorial accommodation.

HCA International – Private Hospital Group
Have completed various schemes at the groups prestige’s London Hospitals, including contracts for the formation of gynecology suites and operating theatre and a design and build contract to form consultants and diagnostic suites at their new Maternal and Fetal Wellbeing Centre.

Aspen Health Care – Private Hospital Group
We have completed a number of projects for this group including the formation of a new day care unit, refurbishment of operating theatres, alteration and upgrading to private suites and refurbishment and decoration to communial areas.

Langham Estates - Property Management
A new client who we have completed a contract for tanking and ancillary works to the basement of London office block including all reinstatement to services and finishes.

Red Cross – Charity
We carry out repair and maintenance to their various shops and offices along with improvement and refurbishment projects.
